There are two ways to manage your account: online or by submitting a request.

Easily manage your account online. Update billing/payment info, cancel/pause, upgrade/downgrade, and view invoices anytime by logging in with your email.

Submit a request

Please submit your request and we will make the necessary changes for you within 48 hours.

This email should be the same as the registration and billing.
As per our Terms and Conditions (#9), we do not offer refunds. You have enrolled in a monthly subscription, and to stop the monthly payments, you must cancel your subscription with a 30-day notice or before your renewal date. If you think your situation is eligible for a refund, please explain it below, and we will review it.
